On Friday, we decorated the classroom. The theme chosen by the majority of the class this year is Marine. Here are some photos taken during the session. Thank you everyone for helping to make our classroom a nicer place for learning!

Determiners

We learnt about determiners today. We use determiners to point to or talk about different things. Determiners come before nouns or the adjective describing the noun.

There are several groups of determiners, they are:

• articles e.g. a, an, the
• quantifiers e.g. a few, many, more 
• demonstrative determiners e.g. this, that, these, those
• possessive determiners e.g. my bag, her shoes
• interrogative determiners e.g. Whose book ... , What time ...

First week of school

Welcome back everyone! I hope all of you had a great holiday and are ready to be in P6.
On the first day of school, we took a class photo depicting the scene of a stadium. Here is the photo.

For the first term, we will be covering three Stellar texts. We will also be learning more about Forces and Energy. To be ready for the lessons, please read your textbook in advance. Also, please do not hesitate to clarify any questions you have with Mr Jahan, your MT teacher or me.
